By accessing this website or using the services provided by Cruizin Clean Mobile Detailing ("Cruizin Clean," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services or provide us with personal information.

Our Services

Cruizin Clean provides mobile automotive detailing services, which may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, shampooing, steam cleaning, and paint correction. We travel to your location within our service area — approximately a 65-mile radius of Hopkins, Minnesota.

Service availability may depend on your location, weather, the condition of your vehicle, and our scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in our reasonable discretion.

Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Prices for our services are provided by quote and may vary based on your vehicle's size and condition and the services you request. Quotes are estimates. The final price may change if your vehicle's condition differs from what was described, or if additional work is requested or required to complete the job.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will let you know which payment methods we accept, and whether a deposit is required, when you book.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location, including a suitable space for us to perform the work. Some services may require access to water or electricity at your location; we will let you know when we confirm your appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask for advance notice when you can give it, so we can offer the time to another customer. We may reschedule appointments due to weather or other conditions that could affect safety or the quality of our work.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Cruizin Clean related to appointment scheduling and confirmations, quotes, service updates, customer care, and — if you have separately opted in — promotional offers.

• Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, through a form, in person, or by text), you agree to receive SMS messages from us. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and will no longer send you SMS messages unless you opt in again.

• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Disclaimers

We take pride in our work and strive for high-quality results. However, results can vary based on the age, condition, and materials of your vehicle. Some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, water spots, or other imperfections may not be fully removable.

You agree to inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, aftermarket modifications, leaks, or special care requirements before service. Cruizin Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions, defects, or improper prior repairs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruizin Clean and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruizin Clean and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
